Customer Investment Assistant

We are looking for responsible and reliable employees for the position of Customer Investment Assistant with our company. Your main responsibility will be to support our customers and offer them better investment strategies. You will also manage mostly business related tasks for the team such as creating reports, making research, doing market analyses, etc. For our customers you will become a financial advisor on crypto market and payment systems. To be a professional in this role you have to have a detailed understanding of the crypto currency markets, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience using crypto and investment platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Correspond with our customers and answer emails
• Handle confidential employer and client information
• Generate reports
• Research payment and investment strategies
• Assist and consult clients on better investment opportunities
• Test cryptocurrency exchanges such as Coinbase, Kraken, etc.
• Compare exchanges with each other by analyzing functionality, security and convenience


Qualification:

- No experience required
- Competent with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Competent in using computer and online messengers for communication
